Tessneer&Kelsey

Ann was admitted to practice in the Minnesota Bar in 1996 after graduating from William Mitchell College of Law. She was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota in 1998. She is the founding attorney of Tessneer & Kelsey, located in Cambridge, Minnesota, providing legal services to businesses and individuals since 1999. Her primary areas of practice are family law, criminal defense, business and probate. Ann is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America. She has also served as officer of the 18th District Bar Association, chairperson of the 18th District Ethics Committee, and board member of East Central Legal Services.
